Sim says network locked

I have had to put my sim in a new handset as the screen is broken on my current phone but it says network locked sim has been inserted. Does anyone know how to resolve this please?

Hi @sjh18 

What this usually means is that the phone is locked to another network. You would need to get the device unlocked to use an O2 sim card.
