Weak signal

I've been on o2 for many years and always had very poor signal at my home - despite living in an urban area only 2 miles from Leeds city centre. It's so bad that I wondered if it might be a hardware issue with my phone but I've recently upgraded my phone to a iPhone SE (2020 version) and the weak signal persists. I've followed an online guide to checking the field settings which seem to confirm that the signal is very poor indeed. I have to rely on wi-fi calling but I get drop-outs and when my internet went down the other day, I was struggling to work with very bad signal.

o2 Gurus - what do you suggest, please?

@SteveW4

Sounds like your only option is to check the signal from other networks and move if one one is better than O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
