Hi,

 

I ordered a SIM card last week and it was suppose to arrive in 1-3 days but it has now been over a week. What can I do? Where is it?

It is probably with your friendly postman or missing as it is sent by royal mail. 

Best thing to do is to contact o2 just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
