Hi,
I rang O2 on Tuesday 16th July to ask to turn the roaming on as I was travelling to France. My iPhone is set to receive roaming but I cannot dial out and cannot receive txts so I can’t sign into my mobile app as O2 wants to send me a txt to prove that I own the phone. Please help as I do not think O2 has
turned the roaming on.

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
