I believe my sim card is faulty.  I cannot make or receive voice calls. I have restarted my phone, tried the sim in a different phone without success.  I cannot phone customer services on 202 as I can't make any calls!

Can someone send a replacement sim so that I can use that to put my number on1?

@ADC1

Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID or call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
You can use Skype to call if no other phone.
Guide: A Guide to Skype
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Then the same advice as given previously in the thread

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
