PAYG not making or receiving calls or texts abroad

Hi,

My PAYG O2 sim is not allowing calls or texts while in Spain. I am on a 15 Big Bundle.  Please can you advise.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Some things you can try also:

Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 5g in network settings
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
