Hi. I’ve recently moved from Sky to O2 and having issues with receiving g OTP messages. I’m receiving messages from other numbers (standard text and iMessages) but not to register for my bank or nhs apps. Can anyone help before I cancel and move back to my old provider.

Sounds like Sky aren't forwarding the bulk SMS.
You need to speak to o2, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
And they can give Sky Mobile a kick..
Just to add SMS is not guaranteed to be delivered when sent by bulk delivery services.
If you are outside of your 14 days then you will need to pay off the device if on a refresh or any charges

Thanks. Why would sky be the issue. If all other services are working - phone, standard messages etc. I’m within the 14 days , so might be easier to cancel.

Turn off wifi and they should come through ok.

MNP includes putting a forwarder on their SMS Gateway which then forwards intra-network in this case, so if what @MI5 suggests doesn't work it needs to got to o2 who will work with the Sky Team (otherwise known as o2)
