Our business runs on O2 for 6 devices the signal is allegedly 4G good 3G good 2g Good according to the checker, it's appalling in reality, in actual fact my phone has been disconnected from the network for the last 14 hours because it's unable to maintain a signal. There's a genuine signal issue in this area, I live locally and get the same problems at home.

Thank you this is actually useful for a community reply!
The whole area is renowned for bad signal and it's a population of several hundred homes and more houses are being built every day. Red area is currently built up residential and business, lime area is brand new houses.
Signal isn't even bearable around this area.
The map's a liar, it's poor outdoors and GOOD LUCK indoors.
I don't know why O2 pushes signal issues your way though.

Coverage checkers are computer simulations nothing more..
Maybe its time the house builders paid for improved infrastructure out in Balby, and pressure your local council to allow more masts to be built....
As well as contacting o2 and reporting issues....
