Hi! My mobile data isn't working. Although I get signal bars and the 4G logo appears and I am able to receive text messages, I cannot use data to browse the web or apps or use iMessaging. I have reset network settings on my phone and tried the SIM in a different phone but the result is the same. The coverage checker says 4G should be available. Wifi works fine.How can I get this fixed, please? It's been like this for a week, no billing issues.

Did you swap the other phone's SIM into yours to check, perchance?
