I can make outgoing calls and send texts, but not receiving calls or texts. Mobile data works fine.
- tried resetting phone
- tried sim in different handsets
- tried in different locations (cities)
- cleaned sim
- done Sim Swap to new sim
- DND is not enabled
- callers from different networks can't reach me
I've had same sim, phone etc for months. It stopped working last week.
Called o2 'customer service' over a dozen times who say there is no barring active on the account or sim, keep repeating above steps I've done already, then fob me off with a promised call back (to my landline) but never have done.
Anyone had and resolved sane issue where you can make calls and send texts, but not receive at all?

I am having the exact same issue, can you please private message me too? I would be very grateful for your help.
I cannot receive calls or text messages. I am able to make calls.
I have tried restoring the phone, network settings, had a new sim, but nothing helped.
I have been using the same phone and been with O2 for the past 2 years and never had a problem until 9 days ago.
I called O2 customer service many times but they always went through the same process, they also promised that the manager will give me a call but this never happened. Also said that the 'tech' team will get in touch but no one ever did.

Hi guys, I seem to be having the same issue for the past month or so. Can make calls, but not receive them. Same with messages. Can't even get security (pass code) texts. Switching network operators back and forth sometimes forces the texts through.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
