I know, probably not the place for assistance, but trying all angles.
Long story short, purchased a phone via mobile phones direct on an O2 contract, order went through ok. Next day received an email asking me to speak to O2 referrals on the phone and confirm identity for the credit approval. Easy, spoke to O2 they took the ID required and confirmed an activation code would be issued to Mobile Phones direct.
Fast forward a week, and my order is still pending. Speaking to MPD they are blaming O2, speaking to O2 they are saying it's MPD.......which leaves me with no phone still !
Spoke to O2 referrals again today, who now are unable to find my order reference from MPD ( worked fine the first time i spoke to them ) nd suggested i need a MPS code/number from MPD
Wonder if anyone has any experience of this here or could offer a solution?

Afraid to say but this is up to MPD to sort out for you.
