Not receiving some texts after porting to O2

Hello all, is there any expert here who can help get this fixed?

 

I'm not receiving some texts (mainly OTP texts) after porting my number from Smarty to O2. The forum is littered with other threads describing this problem.

 

I called customer service over 30 times and all I got was a cortisol tsunami.

 

Help!!

I know that this issue needs escalating to the O2 porting team to liaise with Smarty to fix, but explaining that to the customer service team just results in a lot of funny noises and head scratching sounds.

The people on the phones don't know how to fix this. It's incredible this company still makes a profit.

Only O2 can help you so keep trying the various ways to contact them.
