I moved house 8 months ago and I can’t get a reception in my house or in the surrounding areas. Is there anything I can do?

At home you can use WiFi Calling. It will need turning on in you account first

Good explanation here

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@KBattye

Check these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

You may just be in a bad area for O2. Have you got Wifi calling on your phone? That might help.

You can also download the My Network app where you can report issues and have updates.

I do have Wi-Fi calls which is fine in the house, but if I go to the local shop I have no signal at all which is a pain if I’m needing my emails to send a parcel back.

Then follow the advice by @Cleoriff

If the signal is that bad for the last 8 months a change of network may be the only answer.

Don't jump straight in. Either try PAYG SIMs from different networks or find out from neighbours what they use and what they experience
