Fed up with being told that service here is fine when I have to use my phone over WiFi at home.  Step out the door, travel anywhere within 4 miles and service ins poor at best and completely absent the rest of the time.

I am told when I log it that they have checked coverage and it's fine.  I promise IT ISNT.

I cant even switch suppliers

which is a joke.

Anyone able to advise what other options we have.  Really fed up

Check these guides:

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Also install the My Network app, where you can report issues https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

This is a real problem. My2 next door neighbours have good signal indoors  I have almost nothing. Unreliable. I am considering moving their mast a few millimeter, change my roof tiles or just leave

@EKB Get some PAYG SIM cards from other networks and see which is best for you

If Indoors is bad use WiFi Calling

https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
