So ever since getting my Samsung galaxy s21 with 5g sim network, the 5g works fine but if I'm in an area that doesn't support 5g or where coverage isn't too great and my data drops to 4g coverage. The 4g symbol is at the top bar as normal but I have no Internet connection I.e Google doesn't load, Facebook won't refresh or load etc. Which I can't understand why just I should have Internet at 4g speeds, this has only happened since getting this phone. I can't seem to find this problem on Google or any fixes, which is getting quite frustrating.

Hi @Sean97

Check your network here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?  and Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? . If thisis ok, maybe ask for a new sim.

Or via social media:

Try turning off 5g in your network settings.
