New iphone 15 pro is not picking up the O2 network & not allowing me to make calls so I can't call them for help.

When I go the the PHYSICAL SIM section it is saying that the Network is not available?

But the Network provider is listed as O2 58.0?

How can I fix this or get any help?

@Lisa_P

Can you use your old sim to check if the new sim is activated or not?

If so, you need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update or contact O2 for help.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I am using the old sim as they didn't send a new one. I have messaged on threads and insta but no reply yet. My phone won't call anyone as has no network by the look of it.

Might be easier to pop into your local O2 store @Lisa_P ?

Take photo ID with you.....

Yes, I think that is all I can do now. Thanks for your help though. Never, normally have any issues with swapping my phone over.

Oh and thanks on the ID heads up
