Hi
I had multisave on my contract (6sims), however when i ordered a new sim and transferred in a number it seems to have been lost. I resent the loyalty text which came back with the normal 3 days…
3 months later and numerous phone calls later, each assuring it me it would be sorted, I still have no discount. Is there any way to escalate this within o2?
