Anyone any ideas please?

Turn off 5G calling (if you are a contract user), or set the options to prefer cellular over WiFi.

Otherwise, check you have signal from O2 adjacent to home ( Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? ) otherwise contact  O2 via Social Media, link just below this post has all the ways how, @Su19.

@Su19

Is your sim active?

If you have upgraded you need to do a sim swap to use the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update or your sim may have just failed.

Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID and they will issue a new sim for you.

Thought so, can't believe SIM could be inactive without it throwing a message up.

Hope you get sorted, @Su19 👍
