Since joining O2 a couple of weeks ago, this has been THE worst mobile service I've ever had. It took almost 1 week to bring over my old number, during which time I had little or no service. Now I'm just having problems after problems with my service. Network connection always dropping out when out of the house (eg Google maps always going offline, Spotify buffering etc). And this morning numerous people have tried to call me and they all say its like calling a dead line (no tone etc). Tried it myself off another phone and it takes about 30 seconds before you here a dialling tone, most people wouldn't wait this long! Then I get a missed call message about 1 hour later.
Can I leave?

No penalty if in the first 14 days
give your PAC to any network
Guide: What code do I need: PAC or PUK
If after 14 days you will have to settle the full contract
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Great, looks like I need to speak to somebody at O2 and be lied to again and again! Thanks anyway
