I have cancelled my contract with O2 as I'm moving abroad.
I started a SIM only contract with iD Mobile, but they have messed up my order.
I provided iD Mobile with the PAC code given to me by O2, but I've no idea now if they've actually used it. I don't know where I stand with iD Mobile, as they've said my order was blank, and so do not have an order set up with them.
Am I still with O2?

If a PAC is not used in 30 days it expires and everything stays the same.
If that is the case your O2 SIM should be still active and charges going through as normal.
We can't answer account questions here, so any doubts contact O2 by one other the methods in this guide

This is a community of customers with no O2 involvement.
If a PAC code has been used then your O2 SIM should be dead and the number transferred. As ID mobile can't help then is your O2 SIM still alive. If yes then depending when you gave the code to ID then I doubt the code has been used.

If your O2 sim doesn't work any longer and your iD sim is working with your old O2 number then the PAC was successful. If not, you may have to go back to the beginning and try again: PAC code (o2.co.uk)
