I have had no signal at home for 4 days now. My husband is on O2 as well. We are missing work calls from self employed, and from employed business. My mum and dad who are elderly and need help are finding it difficult contacting us. Just saying there is a problem with mast. It would appear they have erected a new mast about 150 metres from me. I have been a customer for an awful long time but I am considering changing as I cannot contact anyone to sort this out.

We're are just customers like you and O2 rarely give out info about mast repairs. You can download the My Network app and report issues through that https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to give you more info.

If you can, see if you can use WiFi calling as well while the mast work is being complete @jellybabywhite .
First you need to ask o2 to turn it on on your account, then after 24-48 hours you can turn it on in your My o2 account.
