You would need to request an eSim pack from o2 @Phone8 - but only if you are a pay monthly customer at the moment (eSim is not available on pay as you go).

Currently if you request a new sim with customer services your current sim will be cut off, so it would probably be more convenient to visit your local store.

If losing service for 4/5 days isn't a problem, either call 202 from your phone or 0344 809 0202 from another phone (or call 0800 032 1402 using Skype - Guide: A Guide to Skype ).

Alternatively message them on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

If you are on the new system It can be done via My O2 from the Web

Easiest way to check is load My O2 and if you are on the new system you will see sim swap in the pull down menu. It can be done from there.

Otherwise it's as mentioned by @gmarkj

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
