Hi, my friends are telling me it is far too complicated to leave a voice message on my O2 network, I have a Samsung A52 phone, not that should matter in any way. When calling my number and the VM system kicks in, it gives two options, the first is to press 1 to leave a message - but it asks for the caller to input the phone number of the person you are calling, followed by the hash key. The second option is more for my benefit as the phone owner i.e. press 2 to hear any voice messages left on my phone. Why should a caller have to put my number in again to leave me a message, this never used to be the case, also, why would a caller want to be offered the second option? I'm confused, can you please help me restore the voice messaging system to the original format on simply allowing people to leave a message without having to key in my mobile number. Thanks, Justin Lewis

All we know about VM is here Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901
It sounds as if you need O2 to reset your VM account.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
