Changing name and date of birth

I need to change name and date of birth on account.

If the person isnt you who is taking over the contract, then that person will need to get them to apply for contract in their  name, and pass the affordability and credit checks, then you will need to speak to o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and follow this guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2  

Also if you need to change this and its you then you will need to contact customer services, and I have a feeling this will raise fraud flags with o2...
