I want to change the name and payment on my account as my granddaughter is now old enough to pay for her device herself and I want to add her name to the account

Your Grand-daughter will need to set up her own account she isn't able to take over your account and go through the necessary credit checks.
You will need to contact o2 customer services regarding this

You can change the bank details to her account but the contract will need to stay in your name, otherwise she will need to take out a new contract, then you can transfer the number over to her new account
