Over 2 weeks ago my iPhone 14 was black listed. Not lost, stolen or unpaid bills. I brought the phone outright at an o2 store in 2023. After numerous shop visits & numerous calls to o2, it’s still not been unlocked. HELP??

You need to find out who has blacklisted it, you can do this by doing a free checkmend.com check, and then contact the company who has...
There is nothing anyone can do from here.. if its o2 then you need to persevere with customer services...

Ok, thank you both for the info and link.
I followed this up and it says - “Reported lost or stolen to a Phone Network”.
Guess I’ll have to call 02 for the 100th time tomorrow. I don’t understand how this has even happened OR even more so, how 02 can’t just unlock it. It’s a massive error. Fuming!

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Daft question, but are you on o2 as your provider?
As it might not be o2 that have blocked the phone, any of the 4 UK networks can bar a phone from the networks...

You say you bought the phone outright from an O2 store and now it's been blacklisted for being lost or stolen.
I have to ask, if you didn't report it lost/stolen, do you know anyone who may have done this?
A falling out with someone or a stupid person who may have done it as some sort of badly mistimed joke?!!
We've seen a few occasions on here, when relationships have broken down and the offended party has decided to be spiteful.
Not wishing to offend of course but I needed to ask the question.
