Private Message is used to pass information related to your O2 account to the Advisor so that O2 Advisor can check into your issue.
There seem to be a number of possible failure modes that, despite asking, we have not had any luck getting a troubleshooting doc suitable for putting up as a Guide here on the Community, @Martyn1974.
