Since I upgraded my SIM only tariff yesterday I am unable to make or receive calls and I have no mobile data.
Any idea what might have gone wrong?

If you ordered a new sim then your current sim will have been automatically disconnected
Unfortunately you will need to wait for your new sim to arrive
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
