Hi,
So my phone was stolen over a week ago now and I’ve been trying to get a new phone however there has been a fraud block placed on my account. I have been in touch with numerous online representatives and have been swapped around by numerous teams. I’m still without access to my number so unable to check my bank, log into emails etc. Can someone please help me out??

Just to add that I have also emailed the fraud team on multiple occasions and have not got one response back yet
