My family are moving and were looking for internet deals, they decided on virgin who then sent an engineer for checks, everything was fine and the deal they were offered involved using an 02 sim (not too sure on the deal) however before they came and setup the installation and everything they cancelled and refused to provide my parents with a reason. This led to the 02 sim being frozen/locked which has now locked the phone it was in despite it not being an 02 phone. Now 02 just keep sending my parents on a run around to each department without actually helping. So far they've spoken to various deparments and companies and nobody has helped.
