So, I’ve asked O2 three times now to unlock my device so I can use it abroad with a sim I’ve bought. No communication on this subject from them. I’m on holiday in Japan and have so far been charged £10 via my holiday bolt on. I can’t use the sim as my phone is still locked and I’m getting no help to resolve this issue or even any status of where my request is.
