stolen phone. need to block sim card

My wife's bag was stolen at the gym this morning. She lost her wallet and phone, so I need to block the SIM. Her phone is on an account in my name

You will need to contact O2 to bar calls etc from your phone. Give them a call on 0344 809 0202
