im trying to log into my o2 account online as my phone was stolen and i need a new sim card sent out with my number so i can put it in my new phone but the website want to send me a text so i can confirm who i am but they want to send it to the phone i dont have so how can i log on to my o2 account?

Once reported they will automatically send you a new sim with your number

Once you have it  you will need to call to have rhe account restrictions removed

I need to log into my o2 account so i can ask them to send me out a sim but am unable to get into the o2 account to do this as they keep trying to send me a code to my stolen phone so i can verify i am the account holder!

i know this, all i was trying to find out was how can i sign into my o2 account without having to verify myself through a code they are trying to send to my now blocked phone,
