o2 rewards

Hi i have recently moved from pay as you go to monthly, i had £11 worth of rewards saved from being on PAYG i was wondering what has now happend to this money i had saved? the credit i had left from my PAYG account has been credited to my monthly bill but no sign of my rewards. can anyone shine some light on this for me. thanks

If I recall correctly (don't hold me to this :P) it should transfer over within 60 days.

Your pay and go credit comes of your first bill. Any loyalty bonuses from pay and go come off your 4th bill as it takes them a little time to work it out
