been working fine until today when it wouldnt let me access it after entering the pin, havent changed it but it said incorrect pin, then goes to enter username and password, couldnt remember them so changed both, can log in to 02 as usual but when i enter it through the myo2 app it says the username is not associated with any mobile account so it wont let me log in,
then all it does is send you to a screen to change username and password
cant find anywere on what to do,
any ideas please?

Try uninstalling the app and then downloading it again.

already done it 3 times, have switched the phone on and off 2 times as well,
it just wont let me log in to the app, logs in ok on the website but when i do it says there is no pay monthly account associated with that username

I'm afraid only O2 can resolve this for you. Call customer service to check the account has been set up correctly.
