Last year I lost voice connection in part of my house for some eight months because O2 failed to fix a mast fault in KT21. The call would drop out, depending on where in the house I was - usually they could hear me but I couldn't hear them. Earlier this year I had the same problem again. At first O2 denied there was any fault, but a week later texted an apology that there had been a fault. Now I lose voice connection again - still no admission of fault, and so, of course, no indication if it will be another eight months before it's fixed. Why should I stay with O2?

Use the My network app to report the fault.

You could make a complaint to see if they are willing to pay a little compensation
https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
You could also download MY Network app and report it through that.https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
Otherwise you may want to think of moving to another Network which gives you better service
Best of luck whatsever you choose to do
