Ok so getting frsutrated with this now.
For some reason I cant access my account to see my data etc.
I login thats fine. Try to access my data etc tells me I need to log in again, use the same info.... tells me its not correct (hence countless times on changing my password)
Had many text messages to get a code as tried various ways but no joy. I usual do the chat thing online but not available and lines are busy so wondered if anyone had any ideas to why this keeps happening.

Trying through my phone and pc, both not letting me access my data etc
Just looking at ratings on My O2 app seems a few people are having the same issue with not being able to access their accounts. Possibly an issue their end

You need to call and ask them to reset it for you
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
