Just in the last few days my Wife's iphone has sent the same text multiple times.  I usually receive several copies of the same messsage over a 30 minute time span or so but only from my wife's phone.

Other people she texts only receive a single text!

Has anyone experienced this before?

Previous similar issues have been fixed by doing a sim swap.
Pop into your local o2 store and they well do it for you in 5 mins.

Try performing a reset and remove the sim and clean it with a soft cloth.

On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

And :

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
