Depends which billing system you are on. For me if I click on the circle for data in my O2 I can scroll down to "Data Previous Usage" Opening that and scolling to the bottom shows a graph of the past 6 months and a summary of average data usage
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
