i was meant to get 6 months free with my package, i signed up did the 6 months free activate then got charged for the disney plus on my account, i explained the situation to someone and they said they will cancel it and ill receive a email (ive still got the conversation in live chat) i didnt receive a email and its been 3 months of been billed and 3 months of me trying to explain to people i shouldnt be paying but they keep saying im locked in for months. i didnt even want that disneyplus in the first place i just activated it because it was free but i literally can not explain to anyone who i ring up or talk to. I went down to the o2 shop and they said i need to ring up. How do i stop this?

By the way, what you put in the subject line is incredibly racist.
