Hi there
I have settled account for old device plan, but want to know if airtime plan is automatically adjusted to new device and airtime plan. Tried phoning customer services but am none the wiser..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you upgraded with O2 your old contract is automatically cancelled.
If you upgraded elsewhere you will need to close your old contract by migrating your old number to it Guide: Migration & porting into O2
