Hello,ive been a customer for a number of years.My Son is also on the account,i wanted to change the account into his name and his bank account.How can i do this?

Hi @mealey80 

You can't just change the account into his name. You would have to pay off the contract then he can apply for another one in his name. He would face credit checks etc.

You can change the bank details via My O2 so the payment comes out of his account http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

when changing the direct debit details, the bank account needs to have the name registered to it as what's on the card

The account details must match the name on card and the registered address but do not have to be the same as the O2 account name.
