Hey,

My bill normally turns up on the 5th of each month and I have to pay it by the 19th. I paid it on the early (10th) but on the 19th i see that o2 have tried to take out another £37.. this has happend before but I managed to speak to an agent on "Live Chat" and it was all sorted. I've been trying to chat to someone on live chat but no one is available.

So can anyone help?

Hi.

Sometimes if you pay your bill manually it can still be in the catchment period of the direct debit.

It's best advised just to let the bill be paid by the direct debit. You can move the direct debit payment date if you need to.

You will need to speak to o2 Customer Services on 202 to speak to them about what's happened and at the same time move the date if you want to.

We are all o2 customers here too so will not be able to access accounts.
