Why won't O2 give me a PAC Code???

I've sent 20 requests by texting PAC to 65075, every time I try to send it just says  "not sent". There is no option to request this online or in My O2 either. The advice there just says if you text you'll receive a response in 60 seconds. It's like they're purposely trying to block you leaving, which is illegal.

I need my PAC thesis evening as an offer with a other provider with a £50 gift card ends today, what can I do?

See guide Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

or contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Thanks, it seems this is out of date however as the online process ("click more") no longer exists and it seems the only remaining option is to call the contact centre which will be tomorrow now.

I'll be asking O2 to cover the cost of the lost £50 voucher which will have ended tomorrow. I've even asked a friend who is with O2 to send the PAC text to 65075 and they have the same "not sent" message. My guess is O2 is trying to force people to call so that their retentions team can do their best to convince you that they're not actually rubbish even though they are. Priority is useless now. O2 data signal is non existent and the voice signal only works if I sit in the loft!

Well I'll be taking legal action to reclaim my lost £50 if O2 won't cover this loss due to their issues.

What's stopping you taking the offer and then using a PAC code later? You can transfer the number in anytime later.

I bought a SIM only on offer last December and transfered a number in by PAC code beginning of Feb

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It was supposed to have been updated......

It is now conveniently hidden under "Manage my details"

Scroll down then to "Thinking of leaving O2"
