Why can't pay and go customers view their usage online? I want to see where my money went, not just the current balance. That data must be available in order to deduct from my top-up balance so why can't I view it?

How can I get a copy of the information O2 store on me?
It isn't stipulated as 30 days, you can request the time period on the form:

I want to see what calls/texts I am being charged for, especially as Pay&Go rates are, naturally, much higher than monthly rates.
I am tiold I have to apply for disclosre and pay £10 per month - which is rediculous.
This posting claims that although the information is not available on-line (presumably on the web site) I can see the information on 'any smart phone'. Well, I have the My O2 app on my iPhone and it seems the call log is not available to Pay & Go customers. A live chat with an O2 guru has confirmed this.
Can anyone help, please?

No, O2 don't do a detailed call usage for Pay and Go, some other networks like Virgin do.
