Why can't you email anyone? I'm sick of phoning to explain the same situation they don't fix

I have a dongle that I got to make my contract cheaper around 5 years ago. I'm still paying £1.38 a month for it despite not using it. Now it appears my disney plus account is linked to it and it won't let me "manage" it on My O2 to cancel it, because apparently that's stopping the contract from being cancelled. Trying to explain it to the idiots on the phone every month is more than frustrating. As soon as my phone is paid off I'm leaving O2 for being so terrible at customer service. Not having an online help or email for a telecommunications company just tells me they're trying to make it difficult for customers to complain. They're not on twitter or X for the same reason.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I've had enough. Plus, their network and Internet coverage is shocking.

@Freddy1138

They are well served on all SM platforms and email isn't secure.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
