I ordered my sim on the 27th September 2023. I know delivery can take time but I can't use my number since it's being switched and my billing date starts from when I ordered it (I'm pretty sure?) so when exactly could I expect to receive it? It's been 7 working days, I am currently living in Switzerland and I've ordered it to my UK address yet my family have told me that I haven't received anything from you yet.
Please get back to me soon I would really appreciate it.
