Hey all,

My contracts not up until November, but for personal reasons I'd like to change my mobile number now.

Can anyone advise how to go about that? I'm only finding info for keeping my old number, which I obviously don't want to be doing.

You can request one free number change on your contract (and keep your current contract) by contacting Customer Service either by phone on 0800 587 4005 or live chat @ https://o2.co.uk/contactus (this will only show if and when an agent is available and will appear as a pop up).

If you want to cancel and start again then you will need to give 30days notice and pay any outstanding charges which customer services will calculate for you.
