If I upgrade my phone after my bill have been processed will both payments come out on the same month ?

If you upgrade immediately AFTER your bill, then the new contract will end the old one

Hi @JWF98 ,

All bills during an upgrade are pro rata. This means in your billing date was the 30th of every month and you upgraded today. You would pay 50% off your old bill and 50% of your new bill. Everything also stays the same during an upgrade, your phone number, payment date etc.

do I pay money today if I upgrade ? Or does it all come out at the billing date

It would come out on your normal bill date, unless there is an upfront payment which would be paid at the time of upgrading.
