I am a key worker I’ve seen that I can upgrade my phone and 02 will pay off my bill but I’m a bit anxious if to do it or not as my bill is ready to come out for my current phone this month if I’m to upgrade today would I have to pay for my current bill in full and the new one as well

Your billing date doesn't change.

Your upgrade will be added to your next bill and adjusted pro rata.
